Your Team Web Site!

Your team web site is your inside track to your Passport trip as you prepare to be launched into East Africa for four months!  Leading up to your Training Camp and your launch date we'll be sharing important information here that you want to know.

We'll be equipping you with some real practical nuggets to help you prepare for your experience, like how to blog, what gear to buy, and how to calm your parents down when they are sure something bad is going to happen.  We'll be highlighting some causes and ethical issues that may grab your heart around the world, and we'll be fostering discussion around those topics.  We'll be keeping you up to date on what's happening on the field and talking about what God is doing in their hearts.

The next several months will at times seem to drag on.  At times they will seem as though they are flying by.  Through it all you can connect with your team and with your Expeditions Prep Team through this Web site.

PREP TEAM

Stacy:

I grew up in sunny South Florida, and my entire family is Romanian! I really love other cultures, laughing, community, worship, chocolate, and speaking in funny accents. In August 2009 I left to go on the World Race with AIM, where God completely wrecked my life with his love. Since being back I’ve moved to Georgia to work with AIM. I love getting to be a part of sending people out into the nations who believe that they can quite literally change the world. I will be your contact person for everything leading up to leaving on your trip! This includes keeping you up to date on everything you need to turn in, support coaching, praying for you, and answering any questions you may have. You can check out my blog here

To contact Stacy: You can call her at 770-983-1060 ext: 321 or email her at [email protected].

Nick:

I’m from the great state of Michigan, that’s right, the one that looks like a hand! I grew up in Port Huron, which is right on the Canadian border. I used to be a middle school teacher and now, I am at the AIM offices working on blogs and field support. In 2010, I led three Real Life trips, to India, Israel, and Kenya. I am here to help you gain some tools for the field. I love writing so I can help with story telling. If you have any questions about or information on this site, feel free to contact me. You can check out my blog here.
